Hello Asus, I want to ask about my laptop, please read below. So there's a bit of a problem with the boot time being longer than usual, using an NvMe SSD which should boot in 16 seconds, is now in the 30-40 second range.

Hi Asus! MyAsus app keeps popping up even if I'm not pressing it, and everytime I would shutdown my laptop and open it again there would always be a blue screen which has an "Exit and continue with windows 10", "Reboot", and " Turn off" option. Even though I press the exit, it's just keep coming back to the blue screen. Please, what should I do? My laptop just turn 1 year old this January, so I'm hoping that I could use it longer. Thank you

Hi i have asus tuf a15 ryzen7 4800h with 1660ti and 8gb ram. Before the new myasus update from MS store i had many system diagnostic features like fan check and wifi check etc.. but after update its only showing system check ,adapter. Not showing fans check. Pls help

Most people will only be looking to run a diagnostic when their machine is having issues so using this application that only works if you can load the operating system is pointless.

Hey Asus, I used this feature and it says there is a problem with my wifi driver, and it tells me to restart my device to complete the repair process. I've restarted it 2 times now, and the problem is still there. When I open myasus it still tells me to restart the device. I would greatly appreciate your support.

Hi Asus, i wonder did the diagnostic tools vary for different model? My Zenbook 13 UX325e don have hardware diagnostic tool in it! And how do i get 1? i just brought the laptop for 1 day, and the laptop are getting hot without doing anything. Please assist.. Thanks

MyAsus diagnostics says that my computer might have a problem with the fans altough they seem to work normally when gaming. Zenbook pro duo (UX581LV-H2002R). MyAsus app has also become very stuttering when scrolling altough my laptop should handle simple scrolling like that. What to do with it?

hello, i have a problem in my laptop i recently reinstalled windows 10 and installed and updated all the drivers, the computer was so smooth but i can't play games always getting FPS drops, when i check my programs there's asus support app like when i'm not reinstalling os think this would be the problem??

im using the zenbook 13 oled ux325ea, i downloaded the recent BIOS 308 file updates but decided not to install so I just clicked exit when the BIOS page opened up when booting. I havent experienced any issues but the diagnostics function keeps saying I have 1 problem with the drivers, my windows is up to date so i dont have to update anything. Is this a MyAsus software bug? I hope someone would reply, it would really help me out.

Hello sir/ma;am can you help me, i have problem with myasus app "Some Functions cannot be used, please restart this application or the computer" and also my keyboard FN shortcut keys are not working the way it should before I just click any f keys like f1,f2 etc and it function now I need to combine FN+f1..etc, and also my backlight keyboard shortcut does not work anymore even I combine with fn+f7 still not working please help me asap need help.

When I open my laptop is says S.M.A.R.T bad status , press F1 to resume and sometimes when I click F1 it goes to the Bios and doesn't open the operating system ,but sometimes when I click F1 it goes directly to desktop , can you help ?
