Thank you for providing excellent advice on resetting the error codes. Perhaps you should mention that you only do this when the fault identified by the code has been rectified. In my case it was an E10 where glass had fouled the impeller on the pump. I also found that the drain pipe connected to the sink outlet had a blockage that I cleared by removing the rubber non return valve in the pipe, disconnecting the discharge end from the sink and blowing down the disconnected pipe.Debris then blew out. Thanks again for an excellent video.

This is a great video, thanks so much! Can I ask if you know all the error codes? We have the clock/top light flashing four times in a row and then the rinse aid/bottom light flashing four times in a row. Can’t find anywhere what this means!

Thank you so much. Your tutorial helped me to find fault and fix it. In my case the timer led was glowing twice, what means fault code E20 - drain problem. Using this knowledge I found a piece of glass in a drain camera, which blocked a drain motor. By the word the drain motor easy to remove, just turn CCW a little bit.
